HANDY FLUX HI-TEMP BORON MODIFIED

Product Overview

Handy Flux Hi-Temp BM is a water based, boron bearing active flux which is used in high temperature open air brazing for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals to promote oxide removal. Due to its boron content, Handy Flux Hi-Temp BM is particularly well suited for removing refractory oxides such as chromium and tungsten, i.e. oxides found on stainless steel and tungsten oxide, as well as extended heating cycles where a standard high temperature brazing flux may become saturated.
