PREMABRAZE 127

Product Overview

Premabraze 127 is a gold alloy that exhibits increased wetting due to its nickel content. The nickel addition, however, does render the alloy more sluggish as compared to other gold-copper alloys. Premabraze 127 wets well on ferrous alloys and can be used to braze metallized ceramics as well as thin walled members due to its low penetration of the base metal.
  • Can bridge larger gaps
  • Ductile
  • Improved wetting
  • High purity

Typical Industry Applications:

Vacuum tube components, thin wall tubing
