Aluminum Dip Brazing Paste

Aluminum Brazing Paste

Non-corrosive aluminum brazing paste is a versatile paste for furnace, torch, and induction brazing. We offer many aluminum brazing alloys and pastes to meet your particular application. For more information, visit our HANDY FLO BRAZING PASTE® 700 Aluminum Pastes page.

Aluminum Dip Brazing

Aluminum dip brazing is another method for joining aluminum parts where the products are submerged into a molten salt bath. The molten salt fluxes the joints, serves as a heat transfer and storage medium, and partially supports the submerged metal parts. The temperature of the bath is below the solidus of the base metal but about the liquidus of the brazing filler metal.

Lucas Milhaupt's Aluminum dip brazing products include HANDY ALUMIBRAZE® 300 and HANDY ALUMIBRAZE® 302. These products contain stable mixtures of Al-Si filler metal and metallic fluoride salts that are used in dip brazing processes and joining a wide variety of aluminum alloys.
