Inside Sales Manager
The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of ten (10) Customer Specialists and Customer Service Representatives that support outside Regional Sales Managers and over 2,000 active customers.
Process Engineer
The Process Engineer will primarily be involved in development and improvement of current equipment and process improvement activities throughout the manufacturing facility. Identify areas for improvement while applying standard engineering methodologies, documenting procedures and educating plant management and workers on implementing new procedures.
Regional Sales Manager (Distribution)
To produce the highest level of sales and gross margin of Lucas-Milhaupt products and services in a designated territory; to develop and implement a yearly business/marketing plan in conjunction with the National Sales Manager; to work with other Lucas-Milhaupt staff personnel as required for team success; to be recognized as the Brazing Expert for his/her territory and provide strong customer support.
