Lucas-Milhaupt, Inc. Hosts Two Brazing Seminars in September 2012
Why is training important? Obtaining proper training in brazing is important to further your knowledge on a basic understanding of how brazing works, what is critical for ‘good' braze joints, and how-to distinguish a ‘good' braze from a ‘poor' braze joint. All these items learned are core concepts that can be integrated with your in-house brazing. Via applying the knowledge learned, you can increase your efficiency, reduce and control variable costs, eliminate rejects, and reduce field failures.
A leader in brazing technology and technical support, Lucas-Milhaupt Inc. continues to provide value to customers through its training programs. In September of this year we will host our NEW "Fundamentals of Brazing" 1-day regional training seminar and our popular "Advanced Fundamentals & Brazing by Design" 2-1/2 day seminar.
NEW "Fundamentals of Brazing" 1-day Regional Training Seminar
The seminar is scheduled for September 19, 2012 at the Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel in Chicago, IL.
This course will teach the fundamental basics that every brazer should follow to ensure consistent and repeatable joint quality, strength, hermeticity, and reliability in an in-depth 1-day class with an emphasis on torch and induction brazing.
Structured for brazing technicians, quality engineers, designers, process and manufacturing engineers, managers and production supervisors, as well as brazing operations personnel, the brazing course will benefit individuals at all levels of brazing experience. "Advanced Fundamentals & Brazing by Design" 2-1/2 Day Seminar
The final seminar this year is scheduled for September 25 through September 27, 2012 at the Wyndham Hotel San Jose in San Jose, CA.
The 2-½ day seminar provides attendees with valuable in-depth information and hands-on experience in the latest brazing techniques. Offering practical insight and a solid foundation in brazing fundamentals, the seminar is designed to help individuals with day-to-day brazing operations, understand variables that affect the quality of brazing and ultimately, determine solutions to lower overall costs of metal joining.
Structured for designers, processing, manufacturing and quality engineers, managers and production supervisors, as well as brazing operations personnel, the brazing course will benefit all levels of brazing experience. For more information on this seminar, click here.
